Lakkam waterfalls: One of the popular waterfalls in Munnar, Lakkam waterfalls is surrounded by ‘Vaga trees’. The origin of the waterfall is the Eravikulam Plateau. The waterfall creates a stream that is ideal for a nice bath.
Attukal waterfalls: This is located 9 kilometers from Munnar and is one of the attractive destinations. Here the water falls from the top of the mountain where you can have a great bath in the meandering streams and the rolling water.
Nyayamakad waterfalls: It is located ten kilometers from Munnar and the water falls from a height of around 100 meters. You can go for a picnic or a trekking expenditure and have a wonderful shower in the waterfall.
Apart from these, there are some other waterfalls that are ideal for visiting and bathing. They are Chinnakanal Waterfalls, Kuthumkal waterfalls, Cheeyappara waterfalls, Valara waterfalls, Thoovanam waterfalls and so on.
